Rules & Policies


  • 6 people permitted per site.
  • Maximum of one vehicle per site.
  • All extra vehicles must be registered at the office and parked in public/visitor parking.
  • Overnight guests w/ vehicle $15.00 additional per night, and must park in public/visitor parking.
  • Generators are not allowed at all times.
  • No Tenting allowed.
  • No refunds on camping.


  • Please respect your neighbors.
  • QUIET TIME FROM 11:00 PM TO 7:00 AM.
  • Music must be kept at reasonable levels and turned off by 11:00 PM.
  • Guests MUST register at the club house upon arrival, as only registered guests are allowed to use facilities. All unregistered guests MUST leave by 10:00PM.
  • Front gate is closed from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
  • Children must be supervised in washrooms and must never be left unattended.
  • Portable toilets or "potties" must be emptied at the dump station.
  • Pets must be leashed, under control and always attended. You are responsible for picking up after your pet.
  • No RV or vehicle washing allowed in the park.
  • Alcoholic beverages restricted to your site.
  • Unruly and/or intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Fires must not be left unattended and must be extinguished before retiring.
  • Tarps, lights, hammocks, etc. are not to be tied or hung from the trees at any time.


  • All regular reservations carry a 7 day cancellation policy.
  • Credit Cards will be processed at the time of booking.
  • If you cancel your reservation 7 or more days prior to your arrival, you will be refunded the full amount of your reservation minus a $10.00 processing fee for all rv sites. Your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to process the refund your account.
  • If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged 2 nights for a long weekend, 1 night for all other reservations.


  • If you do not register in the clubhouse before 11:00 AM on the day after your scheduled day of arrival you will be considered NO SHOW and your reservation will be cancelled. Your site will be opened to rent.


  • All Golfers must check in at Proshop.
  • Maximum 4 people per group.
  • Maximum 2 players and 2 bags per cart.
  • Children are not permitted on the course unless golfing.
  • Keep all carts 30 feet from green, off the tees and roughs (mounding).
  • Each Player must have a set of clubs.
  • All Liquor must be purchased from the clubhouse or beverage cart.
  • Shirts must be worn at all times.
  • Please observe golf etiquette.
  • Allow faster players to play through.
  • Repair all ball marks, replace divots, rake sand traps.
  • Golfers agree to be personally liable for any damages from errant golf balls.
  • A game of golf at Canyon Creek (18 holes) should take no longer than 4 hours.


  • Tee times cancelled more than 48 hours before, no fee will be charged.
  • Tee times cancelled 24-48 hours before, 50% of fees will be charged.
  • Tee times cancelled less than 24 hours before, 100% amount will be charged.
  • Any tee time is allowed to be moved once for free due to weather conditions.
  • You can send us an email for cancellation when the clubhouse is closed and the email time will be counted accordingly if there is any cancellation charge.
